Cover design for Herizons, Fall 2024 and Winter 2025
I spearheaded a comprehensive redesign of Herizons, a quarterly feminist magazine, with the goal of attracting a new, younger audience while maintaining accessibility for its long-standing readership. I introduced a bold and lively color palette paired with updated font choices, creating a visual language that invites readers to engage more deeply with the magazine’s informative and critical content. I continue to design and manage the end-to-end production of each quarterly issue. I focus on balancing this modernized aesthetic with a structured editorial framework, ensuring the publication feels fresh and contemporary without losing the credibility of its heritage. This project is a continuous exercise in brand evolution—translating complex social justice reporting into engaging layouts that resonate across generations.
