THE BLAZER

The collage, formed in the shape of a blazer jacket was made to act as the cover of a magazine project with a feature article about the political, social, and cultural contexts of the jacket. I feel that it works well as a stand-alone piece because on its own it comm-unicates the jacket is comprised of many different pieces - it is more than a basic article of clothing, but instead comes along with a rich history.
